Here, you can find info on how to book in, tips for our portrait session on the day and where and when to fill out your form. We’ve tried to keep everything in one handy section to save you scrolling through emails looking for links!

You can refer here for details on how to book in, read and sign your contract and come back when it’s time to send through your final payment. Don’t forget to sign the contract so we know if you’re happy with us to share some of your beautiful day.
SEND US YOUR DETAILS!
If you’re already booked in (HUZZAH!) we’ll send you a link to the online form about 4-6 weeks before the day. We’ll gather all the info we need so things run that bit more smoothly on the day! You can find it easy here.

If you’ve had a wedding with us this year, your personal online gallery can be found here. Don’t forget to send your fam and friends the separate link we gave you. You can find that on the private page we sent you when you received your gallery.

We really hope you loved your photos and enjoyed having us with you on your day. We ain’t gonna lie, we would LOVE IT if you could share some love and drop us a wee review on Google. It helps other lovely couples be able to find us that little bit easier too.

WHERE THE PHOTOS AT?
Wondering where you are in the editing queue? The editing process goes through a few stages; backing up, backing up again, culling the images to get rid of any mistakes, editing the photos then resizing, renaming and uploading to your gallery! Maybe we’re even making a wee slideshow for you too ?
Just look for your date below! Typical wait time is 8-10 weeks from the date of your wedding to the delivery of your online gallery. At high season (June through September) we’re at our busiest as we’re mainly shooting weddings and editing when we can in between. So editing does tend to take a wee bit longer around this time. We gauge 10-12 weeks for your final gallery to be ready but we’ll always aim to get it to you sooner than this!
Whilst you’re awaiting your gallery, if you need a wee photo or two for thank you cards, just drop us a line and we will happily sort that for you!
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT WHEN THE PHOTOS ARE READY?
You gallery will look a bit like this:
Your images will be divided into sections or ‘scenes’ from throughout the day. You can download all the images at once, by section or you can create a favourites list and download those.
You can choose your favourites by using the heart function, share your images with friends or download one image at a time. You can also download your favourites by clicking into the relevant section at the top right hand corner.
You can even buy your own prints! There’s a lovely selection of things to browse including Thank You cards and magazine style books. Your friends and family can buy prints from here too. Just share the link with them by using the function at the top right hand corner.

WHAT ABOUT AN ALBUM?
THE WEDDING DAY HAS BEEN AND GONE. YOU’RE SLOWLY COMING DOWN FROM THE WEDDING BUZZ.
THEN WE DELIVER YOUR GALLERY AND YOU GET THE WEDDING BUZZ ALL OVER AGAIN!
Our albums come with 30 pages (15 spreads) as standard. (Find out more about there HERE) We recommend choosing approx 50-60 photos you would like to feature in your album. You can do this in your online gallery by making a favourites list. From these images, we will make a mock-up of your wedding album in our recommended layout that show your beautiful photos. We’ll, send you the layout proofs where you can leave any comments if you’d like a photo swap (we allow up to 3 layout changes) and once everything is good to go, we’ll get your album off to print!

WHEN CAN WE ORDER AN ALBUM ?
We normally don’t do album design during high wedding season (June through September) as we’re quite busy shooting and editing weddings at this time of year. If you’re hoping for an album before the Summer, we do recommend you try select your favourites before the start of June otherwise, we will commence album design again in October.
ANYTHING ELSE?
Sometimes wedding blogs get in touch when they’ve seen a wedding of ours that they love, which is always exciting! If this happens, we will let you know and see if you are happy with them sharing it too. We’ll send you their questionnaire and let you know when you can expect to see the feature!
