Looking for some family portraits?

We take a fuss free, relaxed approach to our family portraits too by way of lifestyle photography. We don’t do white backgrounds, we don’t ask you to wear matching jeans and t-shirts and we certainly won’t get you to take your shoes off and pose in a completely unnatural way.

Organise an outing, take a walk in the park or have a fun day at home with the kiddos and invite us along to capture it all.

What is Lifestyle Photography?

Family time as the little ones continue to grow up is so important. In such a short space of time, our kids go from starting nursery to preparing for secondary school. And I should know! I’m in the throws of the pre-teen stage right now! It’s an age old cliché but kids do grow up in the blink of an eye. In our busy lives, it can be difficult to make the time to create special memories. We get caught up in work, we put off trips due to bad weather or some days we’re just too tired to do much more than curl up in front of the sofa with a movie.

With family lifestyle photography, you get the chance to set aside a little family time to do something together; a trip to the beach, a walk in your local park or even just fun at home or in the garden but with the added bonus of having you all together in a few gorgeous photos. Mums, I’m looking at you. Wouldn’t it be nice to be IN the family photos for a change and not just taking them?

No need to have the kids in their Sunday best; forcing smiles in a photography studio. Just be the naturally beautiful family you are! Let kids be themselves; playing in puddles in their wellies, eating chips by the seaside covered in sand, at home in the kitchen making a cake or jumping on the bed; the choice is yours (or theirs)! Carefree and beautifully real photos documenting an honest story of your family life.

All you have to do is tell me where and when, which session you want and I’ll come along to take some gorgeous photos of you all together, preserving honest memories of a great day out (or in) for years to come.

How much does it cost?

Kids are expensive. I totally get that. Between Minecraft, outgrowing clothes every five minutes, tablet screens needing replaced and the general need to keep our kids alive, it all adds up. So I prefer to keep the pricing simple. Photography studios can be REALLY expensive. Whilst the session may seem cheap, the prints most certainly aren’t and more often than not, you only leave with one or two framed prints that cost an arm and a leg.

You won’t find any of that here. Whichever session you choose, you will receive an entire gallery of gorgeous hi-res images with NO watermark for you to download, share on Social Media, send to the grandparents; whatever you like!

Depending on the session, you could come away with anywhere between 20-70 photos. No limits. If you hire me for a full session and I manage to take 100 amazing photos, then 100 amazing photos you shall be given. It’s that simple!

Each gallery comes with a code enabling you to download your photos direct to your computer. The gallery will stay online for a year and if you do want some lovely prints to go with your downloads, it’s also connected to a professional printing lab making it easy to order prints in just a few clicks.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Derry, Northern Ireland and shoot mainly in Derry, Donegal and the surrounding areas. Mini sessions are only available within 30minutes travel from Derry.
We travel to Belfast and Dublin a few times per year so can accommodate for these areas from time to time. Get in touch to see when we’re next in your area!

YOU CAN ALSO PAY FOR YOUR REQUIRED SESSION IN FULL.

The booking fee for all sessions is £50 which is non-refundable after 14 days of purchase.

If you choose to cancel your session, any further payments made above £50 will be returned within 30 days.

Vouchers must be used within 6 months.
