THE ONE WHERE JAMES AND AMY GET ENGAGED
Belfast Wedding Engagement Shoot in Derry
Craft Village | Derry

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHy | Belfast | NORTHERN IRELAND
A few weeks ago, I met up with James and Amy in Derry to get a chat about their upcoming wedding at The Empire in Belfast this month. I’ve known James and Amy for a number of years so I’m really looking forward to their day and all that Belfast has to offer, particularly where we’re going to go for portraits! There’s an abundance of quirky spots already picked out in my head; cool bars, street art, the evening light amongst the tall buildings. I’m looking forward to seeing what we come up with!
I brought my camera along and threw James and Amy in at the deep end with a short but sweet pre-wedding shoot in the Craft Village. We made our way from the Legenderry Warehouse Cafe and stopped just under the Derry walls for our first few shots.

We hope that’s how you’ll feel anyway! And sure look, they’re utter babes. Nothing to worry about.
P.S Mad jealous of Amy’s coat. ?
Your portraits don’t have to be all smiles and affection. I love to have a good solid portrait of you both as individuals as well as a couple and I’m a sucker for a default face and a bit of mood so was well pleased with these photos. ❤️
We finished up with a few shots in and around the Craft Village, using the colourful doors and quirky buildings as our backdrop. Really looking forward to their Belfast wedding this month!
